Your psychologist is often not immediately available by telephone since calls cannot be received during therapeutic services. Therefore, you may leave a message with the office manager or on voicemail. Every effort will be made to return your call on the same day, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If your call is time sensitive, please make sure the office manager knows to contact your therapist as soon as possible.

If you are a current client and need urgent assistance you may page the on-call psychologist at (334) 742-4245. When asked to leave a numerical message, enter your phone number on the phone pad. If you do not receive a call back within 30 minutes, please page again.

If you feel that you cannot wait for a return call or if the situation is an emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room for assistance.
