Your psychologist is often not immediately available by telephone since calls cannot be received during therapeutic services. Therefore, you may leave a message with the office manager or on voicemail. Every effort will be made to return your call on the same day, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If your call is time sensitive, please make sure the office manager knows to contact your therapist as soon as possible.

If you are a current client and need urgent assistance you may contact the on-call Psychologist by our 'after-hours' phone at (334) 332-7952. If you reach voice mail, please leave a message. If you do not receive a call back within 30 minutes, please call again.

If you feel that you cannot wait for a return call or if the situation is an emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room for assistance.
